When a Russian police chief discovers that Konstantine Konali is using a legitimate business to launder money, he calls upon Commandant Eric Lassard to help bring the criminal down. Lassard and his team head to Moscow to investigate Konali, who turns out to be equally responsible for an addictive video game which allows him to sabotage almost anyone.
