Upon learning of an argument in front of the guests, Lisa sets her staff straight; with the marquee event less than 24 hours away, the staff must put aside their differences and help the guest of honor pull off a secret proposal.

The Chateau welcomes a close circle of friends who are celebrating a rebirth party; Eric attempts to navigate managing duties while receiving pushback from Stephen and Lisa; two ladies on the staff develop romantic feelings for the same co-worker.

One staff member's antics reach a new high, causing a rift in the back of the house; when a new group of guests arrive with their own set of issues, lines become blurred, and the drama spills over to the front of the house.
