Kelly and her best friends Kaya and Alexa leave Texas behind to spend Spring Break in Miami. Meanwhile college students Justin, Brandon and Eddie from Pennsylvania are headed for the same party spot. Justin and Brandon are smooth-talking party promoters, while Eddie's primed to meet Lizzie, the cyber dream girl he's been e-mailing for months.
