Comedy starring Bernie Mac and Ashton Kutcher. When his daughter Theresa (Zoe Saldana) brings her new boyfriend Simon Green (Kutcher) home to meet the parents, Percy (Mac) and his wife Marilyn (Judith Scott) are unaware that Simon has already proposed to Theresa and plans to announce the engagement at Percy and Marilyn's 25th anniversary party. Although protective of his daughter, Percy is looking forward to the meeting, but is aghast and more than a little indignant when his daughter presents her decidedly Caucasian boyfriend.
