The Beast

Set in the Afghan war, a Soviet tank is separated from its battalion, trapped in a valley with no means of escape and surrounded by vengeful Afghan guerrillas. Tension rises as the driver and the English-educated navigator come into conflict with the tank's brutal commander. Finally, left to die, the navigator changes sides and joins the Afghan rebels.
