A Mexican lower middle class youth, named Chacas Reyes along with his family and some neighbors are chosen by NASA to go to Mars and fight a Martian invasion that threatens to destroy our planet. And as good Mexican he will defeat the naive Martians using all kinds of Mexican triks, like fraudulent elections, bites, spicy tacos and pulque.
