Anthony Green

An English actor best known for his performances in the slick spy thrillers "Tomorrow Never Dies" and "The Bourne Identity" and for his television voice work, Anthony Green also has roots in British theatre. First appearing on stage at the tender age of six, Green continued to act in theatre productions through his college years and, in 1997, he made his screen debut, portraying a cop in the made-for-television thriller "Beyond Fear." While continuing to work in TV in a minor capacity, he also scored a role in the espionage hit "Tomorrow Never Dies," with Pierce Brosnan playing James Bond. Green then co-starred in the crime mini-series "Beech Is Back" in 2001, and branched out into voiceovers that year as well. (His notable narration efforts include the National Geographic documentaries "Are We Cannibals" and "Chimp Diaries"). A year later, he had a lead role in the thriller "The Honeytrap," a supporting part in "The Bourne Identity" with Matt Damon, and portrayed a recurring character on the long-running firefighting drama "London's Burning." During the remainder of the 2000s, Green would primarily devote himself to voice acting (often in video games), documentary narration and television roles. Near the end of the decade, he shared the screen with David Hasselhoff and John Rhys-Davies in the low budget horror outing "Anaconda III."
