Anatomy of a Murder

The details of a true crime case are presented in which a young mother is beaten and shot dead at a church before she can marry.

Father Karas is the prime suspect of killing the woman he loved; the crime and its motives have a far less sensational background than it seems, as its roots lie in sociopathy and emotional deprivation.

The body of the editor of the regional branch of the TV news network is discovered; Marie Výrová and her team discover that Chalupa was working with the reporter to prepare a story about corruption in the university.

Výrová organizes a trap and mentions, in front of the Registrar, who the police suspect of planning the murders; compromising material is found among the reporter's items.
