Sasami and Misao learn that they both have magical powers as they try and capture a rabbit-like critter released by nurse Washu.

The Magical Girls Club is established help girls learn to control their awakening powers and avoid awkward outbursts of untamed power.

Sasami is all wound up about the club uniforms and the prospect of competing in an upcoming marathon to celebrate the return of a popular girl named Tsukasa.

The girls try to hide their flaws when Anri takes pen to paper to get her vengeance for being slighted by the Magical Girls Club.
