Episode 5

S1 E5: Ross visits some of the unsung heroes of the conflict, to hear extraordinary stories of courage from those who have suffered life-changing injuries on the battlefield. He then travels back to Afghanistan, first to its capital, Kabul. Here he meets the British Ambassador, who in the shadow of an infamous Taliban landmark used for executions, describes why Britain is committed to the conflict.
