S6 E8: The day has come for Hugh to harvest his first crop of home-spun honey. At River Cottage HQ, with the help of bee-keeper Ken Bishop, Hugh carefully extracts a healthy 25lbs of glowing golden sweetness. To prove the quality of the harvest, and his skills with honey in the kitchen, Hugh enters the bee-keeping classes at the Melplash Country Show.
