S2 E7: It’s Christmas time in Sydney, it’s hot and the seafood is on the barbecue. This is Bill’s family Christmas, Australian-style with a little nod to tradition, still festive but simplifi ed. Boxing Day is for relaxing after the flurry of Christmas. Bill puts together a picnic for friends by the harbour that reflects just that.
