Laos

S1 E5: Gordon Ramsay travels to Laos, where he kayaks down the Mekong in search of culinary inspiration. He samples the eggs of the weaver ant, dives for freshwater snails, and hunts for water bugs, before cooking a banquet for monks at a temple.
