The film tells the story of an eight-year-old boy whose Father gives him a book from his very own childhood. Delighted with the story, the little boy decides he needs a plane to save the hero of the book, Captain Storm - who is trapped in a faraway prison. With the use of his imagination, and with his favourite toys on board, he sets off on a little red plane for an amazing adventure.
