Two brothers, one a gifted dancer, live hard lives on the streets of New York City, but are rescued by a retired showman who recognises their talents. The trio live together with the old showman's retired former dance partner in a dance theatre. Facing money problems, they eventually decide to enter a family dance competition in order to save their old theatre.
