Bullet

Frank "Bullet" Marasco is nearing retirement, but he is still the meanest undercover cop in LA. After another undercover drug bust, Bullet comes up against the local drug baron Carlito Kane, who has a master plan to get his son off death row, kidnapping Frank's grandson with hopes to get a pardon from the Governor by forcing Bullet to rescind his testimony that put his son on death row.
