Sean, an overconfident rookie with a need for speed, works for a covert police unit consisting of the best drivers in the force who tackle underworld racing and fugitives on the run. Jensen is one such target, a legendary escape driver for criminals, who has never been caught. As the body count and wrecked cars begin to pile, Sean turns to veteran cop Lo who almost lost his life years ago while chasing Jensen. Together they work to bring him down and stop the diamond heist being planned.
