The films chronicling L.A.'s hardcore punk, hair-metal and gutter-punk phenomena! Part III involves hardcore street punks called "gutter punks" who take the anti-establishment message with extreme seriousness, and tune out of society completely. The film has also been given a 2K high-definition restoration, which Spheeris supervised.
