Piera Degli Esposti was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Esposti kickstarted her acting career in various films such as "A Joke of Destiny Lying in Wait Around the Corner Like a Robber" (1983), "Giocare d'Azzardo" (1983) and the drama "Le Mal d'aimer" (1986) with Robin Renucci. She also appeared in "Il Decimo Clandestino" (1989). Her film career continued throughout the eighties and the early 2000s in productions like "L' Appassionata" (1989), "Sweet Dreams" (1991) and the Marco Cavicchioli drama "Nerolio" (1996).
