When the mutilated corpse of a young man is found in Bondi, Detectives Tori Lustigman (Yael Stone) and Nick Manning (Noah Taylor) are assigned the case. Is this brutal murder a domestic, a robbery gone wrong, or a gay hate crime? Racing against the clock to catch a serial killer, they uncover a spate of possible murders of gay men that took place in the 80s and 90s in Bondi – unexplained deaths, ‘suicides’ and disappearances. When they re-open these cold cases the detectives are ultimately able to give closure to the victims’ families and bring killers, both past and present to justice.
