A compelling drama which follows the lives of six pregnant women who bond in their local Parent Craft class. Housewife Diane, school girl Rosie, newlywed Jasmin, business woman Roanna, midwife Vicky and blog-writer and teaching assistant Kim are all preparing for the arrival of their babies. Each has their own unique issues to deal with, from swollen feet and chronic wind to rising debt and divorce. As our women grow, so do their relationships and partners panic that they’ll have to play midwife. Drama, comedy and pathos inevitably unfold and lifelong friendships are formed as our six couples stumble into parenthood together; life as they know it will never be the same again.
