Travel with Russell to outback New South Wales for more adventures. He'll teach you about tyre pressure, home-made camp chairs, visit Lee Kernaghan at home and meet his stockie mates for a Muster. Branding, lassoing and driving a bull-catcher are just all in a day's work for Russell Coight.
Russell takes four friendly foreign folk up to the High Country for the trip of a life-time. All the while giving them facts and figures about the wonderful Australian flora and fauna. No need for a guide-book, Russell has it all in his head.
The outback trip with the 4 tourists continues with more amazing experiences and plenty more tips from Russell. He teaches them the finer points of a camp roast, of gun safety and runs into an old mate who joins them round the fire.
Russell begins a journey to retrace the steps of the two explorer's Forbes and Montgomery. During the journey he helps a farmer's wife with a snake in her outhouse, drops in at a camel farm and heats up his lunch in the car engine. His aim is to locate the long lost site of Forbes' grave which has never been found.
Russell continues his journey retracing the steps of explorers William Montgomery and Oscar Forbes visiting a couple of farmers and revealing plenty of historical information along the way. Russell finally locates the final resting place of Forbes and creates a memorial of his own.
Russell travels through the outback to return a rare baby roo to its original habitat. On the way he shows some kids the finer points of surf life-saving, helps some hippies fix their van and gives a couple of female back-packers a lift north.
