Ainsley travels to the culturally diverse Global Food Market in Logan. There he meets 85-year-old a local farmer Ram, who was originally born in Fiji and grows his produce in his backyard.

In Tasmania, Ainsley explores Hobart's famous Salamanca Market, and then prepares a colourful salad of grilled vegetables.

Ainsley travels to the coastal haven of Wollongong to explore the Friday Foragers Market, where there is a big emphasis on organic food.

As the tour reaches its conclusion, Ainsley arrives in the heart of Adelaide, exploring Adelaide Central Market, an enormous undercover fresh produce market.
