Hideki's whole life changes when he finds a very special humanoid computer called a persecom in the trash on his way home from school.

Hideki visits Minoru, a young Persecom specialist, to find out how Chi able to move without an operating system.

Hideki needs a job to pay the bills and now he's got a Persecom and cannot afford the software required.

Hideki sends Chi to the lingerie store to buy some underwear and she has quite the adventure while exploring the city.

Hideki and Chi travel to the bookstore, where she discovers a strange picture book with a hidden message.

Hideki doesn't realise Chi needs to be charged and when he plugs her in, the whole building loses power.
