Undercover detective Hyung Min is asked to head a special investigation unit designed to take down a notorious organised crime kingpin called Scale.

Complications occur when Shi Hyun, also known as the Doctor's Son, takes control of Scale's organised crime operations.

Trouble is waiting for Kyung Mi when she goes undercover as Eun Soo, and tries to infiltrate the kingpin's drug ring.

Hyung Min persuades Kyung Mi's friend, Soo Min, to go undercover to track down the drug lord called the Doctor's Son.

The special unit leader Hyung Min learns that a police colleagues is actually a crime syndicate spy.

Ignoring injury after being hit by a car, Hyung Min continues the search for Doctor's Son alone.
