Belly's best friend Taylor arrives in Cousins to help her celebrate her 16th birthday, but Belly is blindsided by a secret Taylor's been keeping.

The fathers come to Cousins for Susannah's annual 4th of July party at the beach house. Tension erupts between Conrad and his father.

Believing that Conrad may act on his feelings for her, Belly makes a decision, but things don't go as she expected. Laurel and Susannah have a night out.

Taylor returns to play in the Cousins Beach charity volleyball tournament and to help Belly, who's caught between Jeremiah and Conrad. Belly's final decision becomes clear.
