Kazuya "Naru" Shibuya, head of the Shibuya Psychic Research team, enlists Mai to aid in his research of paranormal activity at her school.

An exorcism begins at Mai's school, under the watch of skeptics and believers alike. As the walls of the old campus begin to rattle and shake, Mai falls prey to the invisible scourge.

Naru administers a complicated test, seeking reasons for the strange occurrences at the school. The results prove that all is not what it seems. As the case wraps, Naru enlists Mai to work for the SPR team.

The SPR encounter a young girl at the center of a spiritual storm. This particular haunting is one of aggression and anger. As the little girl clutches her doll, Minnie, the cleansing rituals begin.

All signs point to a doll as the source of the evil surrounding a frightened family. When a ceremonial fire fails to destroy the toy, the family unravels - and the moans of departed children fill the air.

A secret well is revealed beneath the floor. Deep within, the soul of a woman acts as a maternal siren to the spirits of dead children. Naru has a controversial plan to free the family from fear.
