Rob meets fine-dining chefs in Seoul who twist the traditions of Hansik to produce a deep taste, evocative of their childhood; Rob journeys to Busan to meet his mum, and tries his hands at kimchi making.
Explores Pho, Cha Ca, Egg Coffee, Bun Cha, and many more dipping sauces of Hanoi. Cooks pull tasty flavours from natural ingredients and anything edible such as fermented shrimps, and giant water beetles.
