Rin travels to Tokyo for the Kandagawa course and meets her roommate Misa Aoi, a cool-headed young woman who gives her a chance to compete at jet racing.

Rival racers Kaguya and Kuromaru give new partners Rin and Misa a run for their money in a challenging match to decide supremacy over the Kandagawa.

Hardworking Misa and Rin take some time off from their efforts to recruit jet racers, but end up running into another pair of them.

Misa and Rin enter what is supposed to be a routine Jet Race to see who will walk away with a rare yellow dolphin keychain, until they find out who their opponents are.
