Kat and Alfie: Redwater

Kathleen and Alfie Moon, looking for Kathleen's long-lost son, arrive in Redwater. They find that its inhabitants are still coming to terms with a boating accident that occurred more than 25 years ago.

The death of Kathleen's sole ally is widely felt in Redwater, and Kathleen despairs over ever finding out what happened to her son. With misgivings about her grandfather's death, Adeen confides in her mother.

Tension rises within the family as Eileen comes to the realisation that she and Keiran have missed so much by moving to the US.

When Keiran is forced to face his fear of water, past memories flood back about the night of the boating tragedy.

Eileen is shaking up the Byrne family with her plans for Cois Dara. Elsewhere, Dermott confronts Peter with the truth, and Alfie realises he has to seek treatment.

Bernie pieces together the truth about Lance's death, and Agnes shuts Peter down when he threatens her. Meanwhile, Alfie is left fighting for his life, and Kathleen discovers Dermott's secret.
