The Ignorant Angels

After the death of her husband Massimo in an accident, Antonia discovers that he was having an affair with a young boy called Michele; Antonia investigates her husband's secret life and tries to befriend Michele and his circle of friends.

When Antonia is devastated by the accident, her mother Veronica and Nora are no comfort to her. Michele is also devastated, but can count on the support of his friends, his extended family.

Antonia and Michele see each other again, thanks to their friends, and their meeting brings them closer together. The others in the group also process the void left by Massimo by looking back on their memories.

Michele and Antonia start dating and exchange memories of Massimo and intimate details. They find points of contact in their pain and feel connected, but struggle to identify their exact feelings.

Asaf, Serra's nephew, arrives in Rome. He is a charming man whose charm wins over the whole group; Michele and Antonia spend more and more time together and get to know each other better.

Under Michele's troubled eyes, Antonia and Asaf start to develop feelings each other; Luciano would like to make his relationship with Riccardo official, but the subject opens up a great debate.
