Requiem of the Rose King

The tension in medieval England grows due to a tug of war for the throne; the youngest son of the Duke of York is gripped with the fear of facing up to something that he has been trying to avoid.

Discouraged by his mother, Richard is unable to help his father, the Duke of York; following an intense fight, the Duke of York ends up in the captivity of Lancaster.

Backed by the Earl of Warwick, Edward decides to fill in the shoes of the deceased Duke of York; Richard quenches his sword's thirst for blood in an intense showdown between York and Lancaster.

Edward develops strong feelings for Elizabeth, a widowed woman; Henry, a young shepherd, expresses his admiration for Richard.

As anticipated, Edward's decision to marry Elizabeth does not sit well with the Earl of Warwick; the Duke of Buckingham asks Richard to consider taking the throne.

The Earl of Warwick is up to no good; things are not going well between George and King Edward; excessive trust may prove to be dangerous for the king.
