The buyers and inspector have arrived! It is time for the inspection. Will any major issues arise? The inspection takes place during a storm which presents its own set of problems.

The house has been hot since the storm that occurred during the inspection. Warren calls his trusted AC repair company (Green Earth Heat and Air) to see if his units need ac.

After the diag it was revealed that a circuit breaker was damaged. Warren and two of his boys go to home depot to find the supplies needed for the DIY repair.

Warren finally has the parts he needs to fix the circuit breaker and get cool air flowing again.

We lost the key that allows our chandelier to be electronically lowered. We hired a trusty locksmith (Hi-Q locksmith) to come save the day. We also check out some of our new land.
