Between visits from her three lovers, Nola enunciates her philosophy on freedom and sex. She spends time with the playful Mars Blackmon, the cocky Greer Childs and the thoughtful Jamie Overstreet.

A disturbing encounter leaves Nola rattled and she has to try and work some things out. Meanwhile, her friend Shemekka contemplates whether she'd be able to boost her earning potential with some body changes.

Nola hopes she can recover from a setback with the help of a little black dress, which could give her the power and confidence she needs, but she's surprised to find the effect isn't what she'd expected.

Nola sets out on a man cleanse, sick of all the toxic energy that's poisoning her life. She commits to radical self-care, but she doesn't go so far as to sleep alone.

Things become heated after the men in Nola's life realise they haven't received invitations to the big night of her art opening. Shemekka performs as a dancer for the first time.
