Captain Man and Kid Danger have to pick up 1000 hot dogs for a birthday party; Captain Man and Kid Danger have to follow a set of instructions posted online to save Schwoz's experiment.

Charlotte is accidentally morphed into half girl, half octopus by Schwoz, and Jasper falls into a volcano and is held captive.

Captain Man and Kid Danger help a lost fish find his way home, using Schowz' Fish-Talker helmet; Ray, Henry, Charlotte, Jasper and Schwoz reminisce about some of their past adventures.

Captain Man uses a motorised toilet to save Kid Danger from Drillfinger; Piper tries Captain Man's discontinued health program to prepare for cheer tryouts, but the heroes must stop her after she turns into a beast.
