It's The Biggest Loser Season 14 premiere! This season we are Challenging America to tackle childhood obesity.

The first step to losing weight is to get moving. This week the contestants do just that in the Trainers' brand new workout arenas. The kid ambassadors are put through the Biggest Loser fitness test.

A pop challenge forces the losing team to live like kids for the week. They must spend 4 hours a day locked in a room full of temptations.

The trainers spend the week with the kids at home while the adults learn how to lose weight on their own. Bob motivates Biingo in a baseball workout, while Jillian and Sunny row with an all-girls crew

The contestants are challenged to grocery shop for the week on the average American budget of $10 per day. Biggest Loser Chef Devin Alexander teaches them low cost healthy recipes.

This week only one person from each team will weigh in for their team. It will be decided at the weigh-in with the roll of a die.
