When 10-year-old Emma is kidnapped from a museum, Dr Jasmine Braun is called in to investigate. However, she experiences some teething problems.

Dr Braun interviews literature student Johanna Weiher about the disappearance, who tries her best to describe the kidnapper.

Dr Braun interviews Amin Halba, who was the museum guard on duty at the time. When he reacts negatively to the accusations, Dr Braun tries to win him over.

Theresa Stern could shed some light on the case, but she is insecure and refuses to incriminate her boyfriend when she speaks to Dr Braun.

Dr Braun questions the renowned psychologist Max Felsner, while the police continue to look for Emma's supposed kidnapper.

The kidnapper demands an investigation into the death of Laura Rohloff; Dr Braun interviews former neighbour Ruth Meller.
