Rosie Jones travels to unlikely corners of the UK in search of adventure, excitement and silliness. AJ Odudu joins Rosie in Moray, northern Scotland, as they climb Cairn Gorm, go clay pigeon shooting, row across a loch and sample whisky.

Rosie takes Guz Khan to Blackpool, where they visit a fortune teller and go waltzing at the legendary Blackpool Tower Ballroom. However, a 15,000-foot skydive could be too terrifying for them.

Rosie takes Tom Rosenthal to Bradford to eat Yorkshire's biggest naan, race in accessible sailing boats and learn a routine at the iconic ice rink, before doing rap battle.

Rosie takes Lady Leshurr to Northamptonshire. They take a flight in a microlight, crash an anti-gravity yoga class, and Rosie drives a car for the first time at Silverstone racetrack. Then they face abseiling down the 130m National Lift Tower.

Rosie takes Fay Ripley to Pembrokeshire in south west Wales, where they ride horses, feed crocodiles and hunt the ghost of a 400-year-old ape. Then they attempt coasteering: climbing cliffs and launching off them to swim in the freezing Welsh sea.
