Holland: Natuur in de Delta
Available on iTunes
"A (re)discovery of the Netherlands; an ode to the rivers and coastal area and the rich nature they bring to our delta. The bald eagle perches in a tall tree by the river. He hasn't been here for centuries and hardly recognizes the area. For a long time, nature has been the greatest force in the delta area that is now called the Netherlands. We see the development of our time through the eyes of surprising, distinctive animals that populated the river delta far before us. In addition to the white-tailed eagle, you will find the beaver who, just like us, can build barriers and can dig channels. But also “the cheetah of the polder” the hare, the unknown blue burnet and the epic journey of the stickleback to its spawning grounds. They show us the dynamic world above and below water." Some flashing lights sequences or patterns may affect photosensitive viewers.
