After a serious accident at work, professional diver Šime returned to his home village in Croatia to become a fisherman. With the Adriatic Sea almost exhausted by intensive fishing, he set up the first fishing cooperative in the region. Andjela worked hard for years in the tourism sector in Montenegro. After experiencing burnout, she left her stressful job and founded a women's retreat.
