Austin Majors

Austin Majors was an actor most commonly known for his memorable roles in television. His acting career in television began with credits on "NYPD Blue" (1993-2005), "ER" (NBC, 1994-2009) and "Providence" (NBC, 1998-2003). He also appeared in "According to Jim" (ABC, 2001-09). In the early 2000s, Majors devoted his time to various credits, such as "Treasure Planet" (2002), "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-) and "American Dad" (2004-). He also worked on "Desperate Housewives" (ABC, 2004-2012). In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "How I Met Your Mother" (CBS, 2005-2014) and "Threshold" (CBS, 2005-06). He also was featured in the TV movie "An Accidental Christmas" (Lifetime, 2007-08). Majors most recently worked on the dramatic period piece "An American Affair" (2009) with Gretchen Mol. Austin Majors died on February 11, 2023 in Los Angeles, CA at the age of 27.
