Jennifer Darling

Actress Jennifer Darling has had successful careers in both television and animation voiceover work. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and started her acting career in repertory theaters first in her home town, then in Washington, D.C., and New York. After moving to Hollywood in 1973 she quickly landed the role of Peggy Callahan, Oscar's kindly secretary on both "The Six Million Dollar Man" and "The Bionic Woman." Around the same time Darling took the role of Donna on the hit show "Eight Is Enough." Her voiceover career began in 1981 with the Saturday morning cartoons "Trollkins" and "Smurfs," on which she played the character of Princess Salvina. Over the course of her career Darling has provided voices for scores of animated features and television shows, including "Jonny Quest," "My Little Pony 'n Friends," "The Little Mermaid," "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." She has also worked on a number of anime features and the English version of Japanese animator Hayao Miyazaki's modern classic, "Spirited Away." Her later appearances in live-action fare include the sitcoms "Mad About You" and "Dharma & Greg," and the dramatic series "Six Feet Under."
