Jim MacKrell

Jim McKrell was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also was featured in the miniseries "The Amazing Howard Hughes" (1976-77). He had an early role on the television special "Mitzi and a Hundred Guys" (CBS, 1974-75). He also appeared in the TV movie "Christmas Miracle in Caufield, U.S.A." (NBC, 1977-78). McKrell began his entertainment career acting in films like "Annie Hall" (1977) with Woody Allen. Several more television roles followed in the seventies, including stints on "Dallas" (CBS, 1977-1991). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "All God's Children" (ABC, 1979-1980). He also appeared in the TV special "It Isn't Easy Being a Teenage Millionaire" (ABC, 1977-78). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Dallas" (CBS, 1977-1991). More recently, he earned a role in the action picture "Semi-Tough" (1977) with Burt Reynolds. McKrell took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the Dee Wallace Stone horror film "The Howling" (1981), the comedy "Pandemonium" (1982) with Tom Smothers and the fantastical comedy "Gremlins" (1984) with Zach Galligan. Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "Who's On Call?" (ABC, 1979-1980) and "Run, Don't Walk" (ABC, 1981-82). McKrell more recently acted in the Michael J. Fox sports comedy "Teen Wolf" (1985).
