Bug Diaries

Fly inadvertently finds herself at an amazingly wonderful place filled with flies -- the city dump; she makes a friend that is just like her and they have lots of fly-friendly fun, but she soon misses Worm and Spider.

The heroes make Halloween wishes; Fly wants to break her record for most collected treats; Worm wants to have a good costume; Spider wants to make it through the night without scaring somebody -- including himself.

Fly is inspired to go on a superhero mission after finding a comic book in the yard and becomes Fly Girl for the day.

When Spider won't stop doing magic tricks in class, Mrs. Mulch instructs him to stay after school; instead of getting punished, Spider goes on a field trip with Mrs. Mulch who shows him the magic of nature.

Encouraged by Mrs. Mulch to observe something big in their lives, Fly and Spider pick Lucas, and Worm picks his moms; when Worm joins Mama at work in the night garden, Spider and Fly see Lucas capture them, and they launch a rescue mission.

Lucas puts a tire swing on the tree, disrupting the lives of all the bugs who live there.
