An actress from New Zealand, Danielle Cormack is best known for her TV work in fantasy and adventure series like "Xena: Warrior Princess." Cormack made her first appearance on TV while still a teenager in the New Zealand soap "Gloss." A regular role on the soap opera "Shortland Street" helped make her a household name in New Zealand and paved the way for a role on "Xena: Warrior Princess," as Ephiny in the very popular fantasy series. Cormack also appeared in the companion series "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" before branching out to other genres. She starred in the film festival favorite "Topless Women Talk About Their Lives" in 1997 and had a role in the adventure comedy "Without a Paddle" in 2004. In 2006 she returned to TV with a regular role in the short-lived fantasy series "Maddigan's Quest" and starred on the dramedy "Rude Awakenings" in New Zealand. She has also appeared on Australian TV in "Rake" as a series regular and is a recurring character on the United States action series "Legend of the Seeker."
