S1, E4: An unorthodox approach to cupcakes in the Crowd-Pleaser round has the Wall wondering if they are a half-baked idea, and it’s a fruitful second round when black currant jam is revealed in Chef Lenore Johnson’s pantry. When Chef Ricardo Larrivée inspires the final two home bakers to go to the carnival, one baker relies on fried favourites while the other takes the Wall under the big top.
