Finding Freedom

S5 E1: Amy is inspired to take her horsemanship to a new level when she works with a professional liberty horse trainer. She realizes she has to return to her roots when it comes to her work with horses and her relationship with Ty. Meanwhile, a leaky roof causes Ty to make a big decision that he thinks will help them grow as a couple. But Amy is very apprehensive; she isn't so sure Ty has made the best choice for their future. Tim is having no luck tracking down Miranda and Shane since she dropped the bombshell that Shane is his son… until Shane surprises everyone by just showing up at Heartland. On his own. And Mallory entertains the idea of going with the recently-single-again Jake to the Spring Fling. But only if it's on "her terms".
