Kidnap

S3 E17: What starts out as a cushy assignment for Jon and Ponch ends up with a kidnapping when the CHP Officers are assigned for the day to escort the mischievous winners of a Traffic Safety Essay Contest. The two 12-year-old boys find themselves in more trouble than they can handle when a Rolls Royce they are "investigating" is stolen by a pair of prison escapees.
