Land of Plenty

S4 E13: The season ends with a trip to Denham Island, B.C. in search of crabs and oysters. After diving for crabs using only kitchen tongs, the chefs gather oysters and ingredients to create a final, colourful meal reflecting a “five-mile diet.”
