Mergers and Acquisitions

S1 E5: Terry McMillian, a con artist and suck up, joins the firm as their new mergers and acquisitions lawyer and promptly gets Gary fired. Gary gets his revenge by taking advantage of Terry's past as a sexual deviant and sets him up for a big fall.
